The DCR-VPH conducts biomedical research to promote the health and well-being of animals and humans, as well as animal-welfare-friendly and sustainable animal production. The DCR-VPH participates in teaching at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels of veterinary medicine and occasionally in courses outside the Vetsuisse Faculty.
